Patriot Summer Volleyball Camp
The Century Patriot Volleyball Program will be hosting a number of Volleyball Camp opportunities for your volleyball Player. Camps are listed below along with camp brochures.
Grades 3,4,5,6- June 10-13, 12:30-3:00pm
Grades 7,8- June 10-13, 3:00-6:00pm
Grade 9- June 19-21, 12:30-3:30pm
Grades 10-12- July 1-3, 9:00-4:00
NSU-CHS Volleyball Camp- Northern State University's Brent Aldridge will be coming back to Century again this year to host a 3 day team camp. Registration is below. Please send registration forms to Brent at NSU. **This camp is only offered to Century Volleyball Players.**

Summer Open Gym
Open Gym for Century Patriot Volleyball players entering Grade 9-12 on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00pm. All volleyball players interested in playing volleyball at Century High School are encouraged to come to open gym for competitive play. Beginning June 12, Open Gym dates are as follows:

Summer Game Days
9th-10th Grade Game Days
These game days are open to girls entering grades 9-10 in the fall 2013, who will be playing at CHS. Go to the designated high school 15 min before the start time to play volleyball. You do NOT need to pre-register or sign up as a team. The site coordinator will decide if there are enough to play a 4 vs 4, 5 vs 5 or 6 vs 6 tournament. Plan now to attend as many as you can and get as much playing in as possible! This is free.

June 17- 1:00-3:00 @ CHS
June 26- 6:00-8:00 @ Mandan Ft. Lincoln Elementary
July 17- 6:00-8:00 @ St. Mary's
July 25- 1:00-3:00 @ BHS
JV/V Game Days
We will be hosting the WDA JV/V teams at Century on 3 different Game Days. This will give both of our JV and Varsity teams the opportunity to play competitive matches against the other WDA schools during the summer. Our goal is to play each school 2 times. Girls who played JV/V last year and who are also entering Grades 11-12 should sign-up to play with Jamie or Sara 1 week before the scheduled Game Day. The cost is $30/team. Players will also need to complete a liability waiver that can be found online.

Patriot Athletic Training
The goals of PAT:
1) Offer a reasonably priced off season training program open exclusively to CHS athletes
2) Improve quickness, strength, and endurance
3) Create a more well rounded athlete
4) Allow time for sportspecific training
5) Build camaraderie with Century athletes who participate in other sports

Patriot Volleyball Tryouts
TRYOUTS
Begin: Monday, August 19 at Century High School
End: Thursday, August 22
Note: There will be a scrimmage for the V team (and some JV players) Sat, Aug. 24th in Jamestown
Schedule: Mon (8/19/13) - Thurs (8/22/13) @ CHS
4:00-6:00pm 10-12th graders
6:30-8:30pm 9th graders
Testing: Physical Testing will include: the mile run, agility run, sit-ups, push-ups, vertical and block jump.
Skills Testing will include: passing, setting, serving, spiking, blocking, defense and general court awareness.
Teams will be selected at the end of tryouts Thursday, August 22nd. Individual letters will go to freshman. All sophomres, juniors and seniors will have individual conferences.
Regular practice for those that make the team will begin on Friday, August 23rd!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Physicals need to be completed before you can try out and EVERYONE NEEDS A PHYSICAL EVERY YEAR (new NDHSAA Rule). Bring your completed form with you August 19th or turn it into the office before tryouts start. YOU MUST TURN IN A COMPLETED PHYSICAL BEFORE YOU CAN PARTICIPATE. Physicals must take place AFTER April 15th.
