Darin Mattern-Head Coach
 Career Record at Century High School 52-20

Darin is in his fourth season as head coach of the Century Patriots. In his first season the Patriots finished 17-8 with a fifth place finish at state. In Coach Mattern's second season at the helm the Patriots posted its all time best record with 22 winds and only 3 loses on the way to a State A Championship. Last year the Patriots finish 4th in the WDA and ended the season at 13-9. Before CHS Darin was with the Bismarck High Basketball program since 1995. He was a member of the staff during the Demons back-to-back state title teams in 2000 and 2001 and also in 2005 & 2008. He also coached the Demons during runner up finishes in 2004 and 2007. Darin is a 1994 graduate of the University of Mary and also a four year letter winner for the Marauder men's basketball team. Darin holds the University of Mary record for consecutive games played and ranks highly in school history in assists. Prior to becoming an assistant coach at Bismarck High School, Darin coached two years at the University of Mary. Darin currently teaches physical education at Bismarck High School. Darin is married to Gerene and has 3 children - Treyton 12, Halle 9, and Bryer 2.

Nate Welstad

Nate is in his fourth year as assistant coach at Century. Before that he was assistant coach at the University of Mary from 2003-2009. He also spent one year as an assistant coach at Glenburn High School. Nate is a 2002 graduate of the University of Mary and also played four years for the Marauders men's basketball team. He currently teaches math at Century High School. Nate is married to Kari, they have a four year old son Kaden and a 2 year old daughter Kaylie.

Jordan Williams

Jordan is in his third season as an assistant coach at Century. He graduated from Mandan High School where he played basketball and ran cross country. He went on to play basketball at Mayville State University for two years and then transitioned into coaching. He spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Minnesota State University Moorhead. He graduated with a degree in Exercise Science. Jordan currently teaches PE at Rita Murphy Elementary.

Lucas Moormann

Lucas is in his fourth season as assistant coach at Century. He graduated high school from Dickinson High School where he played basketball, football, and ran track. He then went on to college at North Dakota State University where he played basketball for five years (redshirting his first year). He obtained a degree in Math Education with a Middle School Endorsement. He is currently a 7th grade math teacher at Simle Middle School. He is married to Kelly who is a co-head coach for softball at Bismarck High School and teaches English at Horizon Middle School. Lucas and Kelly have a daughter Harper who was born in June.

Kenyon Wingenbach

Kenyon graduated from Minnesota State University-Moorhead in 2009 with a degree in Elementary Education. He teaches sixth grade at Solheim Elementary. He is in his fifth year coaching basketball at Century, third as a sophomore coach. Kenyon and his wife Cassity have been married for two years and are expecting their first child in January.

Jacoby Lloyd

Jacoby is in his fourth season as assistant coach for Century. He is a 2007 graduate of Bismarck High School. He played basketball for the Demons from 2005 to 2007. Jacoby is currently attending the University of Mary where he is majoring in Elementary Education and Physical Education with a minor in Business.

Jordan Pintar
 Jordan, a 2009 graduate of Bismarck High School, played for Coach Mattern and was a member of the 2008 boys basketball state championship team. Jordan's father was also a coach for many years.

Jake Larson

Jake graduated from Shiloh High School in 2003 where he played Varsity basketball for 3 years. He went on to play basketball at Bismarck State from 2003 to 2005. Jake helped at Shiloh as an assistant coach in 2006/2007. He also has coached some jr high traveling teams in the offseasons. Jake graduated from the University of Mary with a degree in elementary education in 2008 and is currently a 4th grade teacher at Centennial Elementary.
